Boiler display is blank, no lights or response from controls

Safety: Use caution when working with 120V/230V circuits. Turn off power at the breaker before opening electrical compartments.

• Step 1 – Check breaker and switch: Verify the circuit breaker feeding the Triangle Tube boiler is ON and the service switch near the boiler is ON.
• Step 2 – Inspect power cord and wiring: Ensure the power cable is securely connected and not damaged. Tighten terminal screws in the boiler’s junction box if loose (with power off).
• Step 3 – Internal fuse: Some models have an internal fuse on the control board. A technician should check and replace it if blown, after finding the cause.
• Step 4 – Professional diagnosis: If power is present at the boiler but the display remains dead, the main control board or transformer likely needs replacement by a professional.
