Boiler display is on but unresponsive, buttons do not change settings

Safety: Turn off power before removing the front panel.

• Step 1 – Power cycle: Turn off power to the Triangle Tube boiler for 30 seconds, then restore. This can clear a temporary software lockup.
• Step 2 – Inspect display connections: Remove the front cover and check the ribbon cable or harness between the display and main control. Reseat both ends.
• Step 3 – Check for moisture: Look for signs of water or condensation inside the control area. Address any leaks from above.
• Step 4 – Professional replacement: If the interface remains unresponsive, a technician should replace the display board and verify operation.
