Possible Causes

Faulty keypad or encoder, Damaged display PCB, Loose ribbon cable between UI and main PCB, Software lockup

Safety first: Isolate power before removing the front panel or control fascia.

Power cycle: Turn off the boiler at the spur for 30 seconds, then turn back on to see if the controls respond.
Engineer tasks:
- Inspect and reseat the ribbon cable between the user interface and main PCB.
- Test keypad functions and replace the control panel if unresponsive.
- Update or reset firmware if supported by the model.

Do not spray cleaners directly onto the control panel; moisture can damage the electronics.
