How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Isolate cold water supply before removing any DHW components.

  • Check demand recognition: Open a hot tap and watch the boiler display; if it does not show a DHW demand symbol, the flow sensor/switch may be faulty.
  • Engineer tasks:
    • Clean the DHW inlet filter on the Vokera boiler.
    • Test and replace the DHW flow sensor or microswitch.
    • Inspect and free or replace the diverter valve if stuck in heating position.

Do not attempt to dismantle the diverter valve without draining and isolating the boiler.
