How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and gas. Flue and combustion components must be serviced by a Gas Safe engineer.
- External flue check: Ensure the flue terminal is unobstructed.
- Listen for fan: On reset, check if the fan starts. If not, the fan or PCB may be faulty.
- Engineer tasks:
- Test fan motor and speed.
- Check air pressure switch and tubing.
- Inspect flue for blockages or incorrect installation.
Do not attempt to bypass safety devices to clear A03.
