Carpet cleaner leaves carpets very wet; poor water pickup and puddling behind the machine.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the nozzle or tanks.

• 1. Empty and reseat dirty tank: Empty the dirty water tank and reinstall it, ensuring the lid is sealed and the tank is fully latched.
• 2. Clean nozzle and suction path: Remove the nozzle / foot assembly and rinse thoroughly. Use a brush to clear hair and debris from the suction opening and channels.
• 3. Inspect seals: Check the rubber nozzle-to-base gasket and any foam seals for damage or misalignment. Replace if torn or compressed.
• 4. Check for hose leaks: On models with a detachable hose, ensure the hose port door or diverter is fully closed when not using tools, so suction is directed to the floor nozzle.
• 5. Motor performance: If suction remains weak after cleaning and sealing, the suction motor may be worn and require replacement.
