Possible Causes
Warped or bent brush roll, Debris packed on one side of brush, Loose nozzle assembly, Damaged brush bearings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting the brush area.
- 1. Remove and inspect brush: Take out the brush roll and roll it on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
- 2. Clean evenly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush bristles and end caps. Uneven buildup can cause imbalance.
- 3. Check nozzle fit: Ensure the nozzle / foot assembly is fully latched and not cracked. Replace if the locking tabs are broken.
- 4. Inspect bearings: Spin the brush end caps by hand. If they are rough or loose, replace the brush roll assembly.
