Carpet cleaner vibrates excessively or feels like it is bouncing on the carpet.

Safety: Unplug the unit before inspecting the brush area.

• 1. Remove and inspect brush: Take out the brush roll and roll it on a flat surface. If it wobbles or appears bent, replace it.
• 2. Clean evenly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush bristles and end caps. Uneven buildup can cause imbalance.
• 3. Check nozzle fit: Ensure the nozzle / foot assembly is fully latched and not cracked. Replace if the locking tabs are broken.
• 4. Inspect bearings: Spin the brush end caps by hand. If they are rough or loose, replace the brush roll assembly.
