Dirty water tank fills too quickly with mostly clean water; poor cleaning performance.

Safety: Unplug the unit before adjusting internal components.

• 1. Check mix setting: Verify the mix selector dial is set to the desired cleaning strength, not "Rinse" or "Water Only".
• 2. Fill formula tank: Ensure the formula tank contains cleaning solution and is properly seated.
• 3. Reinstall tanks: Remove and reinstall both clean and formula tanks to ensure proper engagement with the mix system.
• 4. Internal mix valve: If the selector is set correctly but only water is used, the internal mix valve assembly may be stuck and should be cleaned or replaced.
