Indicator light for "Tank Full" or "Check Tank" is on, but the dirty water tank is empty or only partially full.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the tank.

• 1. Inspect float: Remove the dirty water tank and locate the internal float. Clean any debris and ensure it moves freely up and down.
• 2. Clean float chamber: Rinse the float area with warm water to remove soap residue that can cause sticking.
• 3. Check lid alignment: Ensure the tank lid is properly seated and latched. An improper seal can affect float operation.
• 4. Tank switch: On models with a tank presence switch, inspect and clean the switch area. Replace the switch if it is stuck or misreading.
