Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated clean water tank, Clogged spray nozzle, Airlocked or failed solution pump, Kinked or disconnected solution hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit when removing nozzles or hoses.
- 1. Check tanks: Fill the clean water tank and formula tank (or combined tank) with warm water and ensure they are fully seated and latched.
- 2. Prime the system: Plug in the unit, turn it on, and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds while the machine is upright to remove air from the solution pump.
- 3. Clean spray nozzle: Remove the front spray nozzle / foot assembly and rinse under warm water. Use a soft brush or toothpick to clear any mineral deposits from the spray holes.
- 4. Inspect hoses: With the unit unplugged, trace the small clear solution hoses from the tank to the nozzle. Straighten any kinks and ensure all connections are tight.
- 5. Pump replacement: If the pump does not run or you hear no change in sound when pulling the trigger, the solution pump assembly may have failed and should be replaced.
