Possible Causes

Partially clogged spray nozzle, Mineral buildup in solution lines, Dirty formula tank valve, Weak solution pump

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug the machine and remove tanks before cleaning nozzles.

  • 1. Remove and soak nozzle: Take off the spray nozzle assembly and soak it in warm water mixed with white vinegar for 15–30 minutes to dissolve mineral deposits.
  • 2. Manually clear jets: Use a soft brush or wooden toothpick to gently clear each spray opening. Do not use metal pins that can enlarge the holes.
  • 3. Flush solution path: Fill the clean water tank with warm water and run the unit while spraying into a sink or tub (if possible) to flush out loosened debris.
  • 4. Clean tank valves: Rinse the bottom valves of the clean water tank and formula tank, pressing the valve stems to ensure free movement.
  • 5. Evaluate pump: If spray remains weak after cleaning, the solution pump may be worn and should be replaced.
