How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and wear gloves when handling dirty water or moldy components.
- 1. Deep clean tanks
- Empty and wash both clean and dirty water tanks with warm soapy water.
- Rinse with a mild disinfectant solution safe for plastics, then rinse again with clean water.
- 2. Flush hoses
- Fill the clean tank with warm water and a small amount of approved cleaner.
- Run the unit briefly to flush solution and suction hoses, then empty the dirty tank.
- 3. Clean brush roll and nozzle
- Remove the brush roll and wash it thoroughly; allow it to dry completely.
- Wipe the nozzle and underside of the machine.
- 4. Dry thoroughly before storage
- Leave tanks and covers open to air dry.
- Store the machine in a dry, ventilated area.
