Safety first: Unplug the unit before accessing internal sensors.

• 1. Check operating position
  • Ensure the carpet cleaner is used on a level floor and not excessively tilted or lifted during operation.
• 2. Locate tilt sensor
  • Open the main body to find the tilt or orientation sensor (often a small cylindrical or rectangular component on a small PCB).
  • Check that it is firmly mounted and not loose.
• 3. Inspect wiring
  • Verify the connector from the tilt sensor to the main PCB is secure.
  • Repair any damaged wires.
• 4. Replace sensor if needed
  • If E15 persists and the sensor is suspected faulty, replace the tilt sensor module with a Bosch-approved part.
• 5. Control PCB
  • If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, the control PCB may misinterpret the signal and should be replaced by a technician.
