Trigger feels loose and does not spring back, with intermittent spray

Safety first: Unplug the unit before disassembling the handle.

  • Unscrew and remove the handle housing to expose the trigger mechanism.
• 2. Inspect trigger components
  • Check the trigger lever for cracks or broken sections.
  • Verify the return spring is intact and correctly seated.
• 3. Replace damaged parts
  • Install a new trigger lever or spring if broken.
  • Ensure the trigger rod correctly actuates the microswitch or valve.
• 4. Reassemble and test
  • Reassemble the handle, making sure no wires are pinched.
  • Test trigger feel and spray function.
