Brushes are not spinning, but suction and spray work normally.

Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and lay it on its back.

• Remove brush cover: Take off the bottom brush access panel.
• Clear debris: Remove hair and fibers from the brush and end caps.
• Inspect belt: Replace the belt if it is broken, melted, or very loose.
• Check brush motor: If belt and brush are fine, the brush motor may have failed and should be tested and replaced if necessary.
