Possible Causes
Partially blocked solution filter, Kinked solution hose, Faulty flow sensor, Air leak at tank valve or hose connection
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the solution tank.
- Clean tank valve and filter: Inspect the clean water/solution tank valve and any mesh filter. Rinse under warm water to remove debris and dried detergent.
- Check hoses: Trace the solution hose from the tank to the pump and from the pump to the spray bar. Straighten any kinks and ensure connections are tight.
- Inspect for air leaks: Look for cracks in the tank, cap, or hose fittings. Air entering the system can reduce flow. Replace damaged components.
- Flow sensor check: Some Electrolux models use a small turbine or paddle flow sensor. Remove and clean it gently. Ensure the paddle spins freely. If the sensor is stuck or its wiring is damaged, replace it.
- Prime system: Refill the tank, reinstall, and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds to purge air. If E10 remains, the pump or sensor may need replacement.
