No solution is dispensed when using the accessory hose and tool, but floor nozzle sprays normally.

Safety first: Unplug and depressurize by squeezing the trigger with the unit off.

• Clean tool nozzle: Remove the accessory tool and clean the spray tip.
• Inspect accessory port: Check the solution outlet where the hose connects for debris.
• Check hose: Straighten the accessory hose and look for kinks.
• Diverter valve: Operate the floor/tool selector several times to free a sticking valve. If tools still do not spray, the diverter valve may need replacement.
