No Solution Spray
No water or detergent sprays onto the carpet when the trigger is pulled.

Possible Causes
Empty solution tank, Solution tank not seated correctly, Blocked spray nozzles, Air-locked or failed solution pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Ewbank cleaner before removing nozzles or hoses.
- Check solution level: Fill the clean water/solution tank to the indicated line and ensure the cap is tight.
- Reseat tank: Install the tank firmly until it clicks. An unseated tank will not open the outlet valve.
- Clean spray nozzles: Remove the front nozzle assembly and soak the jets in warm water. Gently clear any buildup with a soft brush.
- Prime the pump: Reassemble, plug in, and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds while the unit is running to remove air from the pump.
If there is still no spray, the solution pump or internal check valve may be faulty and require replacement.
