Safety: Unplug the cleaner before forcing any parts.

• Clean rails and guides: Wipe the tank rails and body guides to remove dried detergent.
• Inspect latch: Check the tank latch for cracks or deformation. Replace the tank if the latch is damaged.
• Align carefully: Insert the tank straight down along the guides until it clicks.
