Pump runs but no solution sprays from hand tool or floor wand

Safety: Unplug the machine and empty pressure from the system by squeezing the trigger with the machine off.

• Check solution level: Ensure the clean water/solution tank is filled and properly seated.
• Inspect hoses: Follow the clear solution hose from tank to wand and hand tool. Straighten any kinks or crushed sections.
• Clean spray nozzles: Remove the spray tip from the floor tool or hand tool. Soak in warm water and gently clear with a soft brush or a wooden toothpick (never use metal pins).
• Bleed airlock: Refill the tank, run the pump with the tool held low, and hold the trigger open for 30–60 seconds to purge air.
• Check internal filter: Some George models have a small inline filter in the solution line. Remove and rinse the solution line filter.
