Low solution flow warning, intermittent spray during operation

Safety: Unplug the machine and remove the solution tank.

• Inspect tank outlet: Check the outlet valve at the bottom of the clean tank for lint or scale. Clean thoroughly.
• Check pickup tube: Ensure the internal pickup tube inside the tank is not split or kinked. Replace the solution pickup tube if damaged.
• Inspect hose joints: Tighten any hose clamps or push-fit connectors between tank and pump to prevent air ingress.
• Descale pump: Run a tank of warm water mixed with manufacturer-approved descaler through the system to clear scale from the solution pump.
