Cracked solution hose inside body, Loose hose clamp on pump outlet, Split solution tank outlet seal, Leaking pump housing
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine and empty both clean and dirty tanks before opening.
- Inspect external hoses: Check visible solution hoses for drips while the tank is filled (machine unplugged). Tighten any loose clamps.
- Open body panels: Remove the top cover to access internal solution lines. Look for wet areas around the solution pump and hoses.
- Replace damaged hoses: Any split or brittle hose should be replaced with the correct diameter solution hose and secured with new clamps.
- Check tank outlet seal: Inspect and replace the solution tank outlet seal if it is cracked or flattened.
