Safety: Unplug before handling tanks.

• Check fill level: Ensure the dirty water tank is not filled above the maximum mark.
• Inspect gasket: Remove the lid and examine the recovery tank gasket for tears, flattening, or distortion. Replace if damaged.
• Check tank body: Look for hairline cracks in the plastic tank. Replace the recovery tank if cracked.
• Refit carefully: When reassembling, ensure the lid is evenly seated and latched.
