Solution continues to drip from nozzle after releasing trigger

Safety: Unplug and depressurize system.

• Clean nozzle and valve: Remove the spray nozzle and trigger valve. Rinse thoroughly to remove grit or fibers.
• Inspect valve seat: Check the trigger valve seat and seal for nicks or deformation. Replace if worn.
• Check non-return valve: Locate any inline non-return valve in the solution hose and ensure it moves freely. Replace the non-return valve if stuck.
• Reduce pressure: Avoid leaving the pump running continuously without spraying; cycle the trigger to relieve pressure.
