Suction is weak even though the motor sounds normal

Safety: Unplug before cleaning components.

• Check hose and tools: Detach the hose and look through it against the light. Use a broom handle or flexible rod to push out blockages. Clean the floor tool and wand.
• Clean filters: Remove and clean all filters as per the manual. Allow to dry fully before refitting.
• Inspect seals: Check the hose cuffs and tank gasket for damage. Replace the hose seals or tank gasket if worn.
