Possible Causes
Faulty power cord, Defective on/off switch, Blown internal fuse, Failed main control PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Always unplug the unit before opening any covers. Do not work on live circuits.
- Check external power: Test the wall outlet with another device. Verify any extension cord or power strip is working.
- Inspect the power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks. Gently flex the cord near the plug and machine entry while testing (with a meter, not powered) to detect breaks.
- Test the power switch: Access the switch and check continuity when switched on. Replace if it does not close properly.
- Check internal fuse: Locate and test the internal fuse on the PCB. Replace only with the same rating.
- PCB inspection: If the fuse is good and power still does not reach the low-voltage side, the main PCB is likely defective and should be replaced.
