Clean water leaks from the bottom of the machine when the tank is installed, even when the unit is off.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the tank before inspection. Avoid operating the unit with active leaks near electrical parts.

• Inspect the tank: Fill the clean water tank and hold it over a sink. Look for drips from seams or the outlet valve. Replace the tank if it leaks when removed from the machine.
• Check outlet valve seal: Examine the rubber seal at the tank outlet. If it is cracked, hardened, or missing, replace the valve or seal.
• Inspect internal connections: With the tank removed and housing opened, check the hose connection where the tank seats. Tighten clamps and replace any cracked fittings.
• Test after repair: Refill the tank, reinstall, and place the unit on a dry towel to check for further leaks.
