How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the unit is on a stable surface and unplugged if you open the control panel.
- Disable child lock: Refer to the user manual; typically, press and hold a combination of buttons (e.g., power + mode) for several seconds to toggle the lock.
- Power cycle: Unplug the unit for 1–2 minutes, then plug back in and try again.
- Check buttons: Inspect the control panel for stuck or damaged buttons. Gently press each button several times to free it.
- Inspect keypad PCB: If accessible, check for moisture or corrosion on the control PCB. Dry carefully and clean with isopropyl alcohol if needed.
If E15 remains and the lock cannot be cleared, the control panel or main PCB may need replacement.
