Possible Causes

Blocked solution nozzle, Clogged internal solution hose, Faulty flow sensor, Kinked hose between tank and pump

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit and relieve any pressure in the solution line by squeezing the trigger with the machine off.

  • Clean the spray nozzle: Remove the floor nozzle or spray tip. Soak it in warm water with mild detergent and use a soft brush or toothpick to clear mineral deposits.
  • Inspect solution hoses: Check visible hoses from the tank to the pump and from the pump to the nozzle for kinks, pinches, or damage. Straighten or replace as needed.
  • Flush the system: Fill the clean water tank with warm water only. Reinstall and run the pump briefly to flush any air or debris, collecting water into a bucket.
  • Check flow sensor (if equipped): Some Gorenje models have an in-line flow sensor. Ensure its connectors are secure and that the sensor body is not clogged. Remove and rinse if accessible.
  • Replace faulty components: If the flow sensor is defective or the hose is internally collapsed, replace the affected part and re-test.
