• Access the brush roll: Remove the nozzle cover and take out the brush roll.
• Inspect bearings: Check the end caps and bearing surfaces for wear, cracks, or melted plastic. Replace the brush roll if bearings are noisy or loose.
• Clean housings: Remove debris from the bearing pockets in the nozzle. Ensure smooth seating.
• Check for shaft damage: If the brush shaft is bent, replace the entire brush roll assembly.
