Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated clean water tank, Clogged spray nozzles, Blocked solution filter, Failed solution pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before removing the nozzle or hoses.
- Verify tanks: Fill the clean water tank and ensure it is fully seated. Check that the tank valve at the bottom is not stuck or damaged.
- Clean nozzles: Remove the front nozzle assembly and clear each spray jet with a pin or soft brush. Rinse thoroughly.
- Check solution filter and lines: Locate and clean the in-line solution filter. Inspect hoses for kinks or blockages.
- Prime the pump: Reassemble, plug in, and hold the trigger for up to 60 seconds to prime. If there is still no spray and you do not hear the pump, the solution pump assembly may need replacement.
