Possible Causes
Dirty water tank not seated, Clogged suction nozzle, Blocked hose or intake screen, Failed suction motor or broken motor fan
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before inspecting the suction path.
- Check dirty water tank: Remove and reinstall the dirty water recovery tank, ensuring the lid is latched and seals are clean and undamaged.
- Inspect nozzle and intake: Remove the nozzle and clear any debris, hair, or fibers from the suction opening and channels.
- Clean filters: Rinse the lint screen and any foam filters in the recovery path. Allow to dry completely.
- Test suction: With tanks installed, turn the unit on and place your hand over the suction port. Weak or no suction may indicate a failing suction motor assembly that requires replacement.
