Carpet cleaner does not pick up water when using the accessory hose and tool

Safety: Unplug the Husqvarna carpet cleaner before attaching or removing accessories.

• Check hose connection: Insert the accessory hose firmly into the port until it locks. Ensure the internal diverter is engaged.
• Inspect tool nozzle: Clear hair and debris from the accessory tool suction slot.
• Verify diverter valve: Locate the internal diverter that switches suction from floor to hose. Clean and lubricate lightly if it is sticking.
• Replace O-rings: Inspect the hose port O-ring for damage and replace if it is flattened or cracked.
