Possible Causes
Clogged suction nozzle, Blocked or full recovery tank, Dirty pre-motor filter, Air leak at tank or hose seals
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Husqvarna carpet cleaner before cleaning filters or hoses.
- Empty and clean recovery tank: Remove the dirty water tank, empty it, and rinse thoroughly. Ensure the float is not stuck in the raised position.
- Clean suction nozzle: Remove the front nozzle and clear any hair, lint, or debris from the suction slot and channels.
- Service filters: Remove the pre-motor filter and wash if it is foam. Allow to dry completely before reinstalling. Replace any paper or HEPA filters that appear clogged.
- Check seals and gaskets: Inspect the recovery tank lid gasket, hose connections, and nozzle seals. Replace any flattened or torn Husqvarna gaskets to restore airtight suction.
