Possible Causes
Slow-closing solution valve, Worn nozzle seals, Incorrect operating technique, Overfilled solution lines
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before inspecting the nozzle.
- Check operating method: Release the trigger a second or two before ending each pass to allow the solution valve to close.
- Inspect nozzle seals: Remove the spray bar and check seals and O-rings. Replace if hardened or cracked.
- Clean valve: Flush the solution valve with warm water to remove detergent residue that may slow closure.
- Test for drips: With the tank installed and unit off, observe the jets for several minutes. If dripping continues, replace the valve assembly.
