No water spray, E07 displayed, audible pump clicking or buzzing

Possible Causes
Clogged spray nozzles with limescale or detergent residue, Kinked solution hose, Blocked internal solution filter, Incorrect or overly thick cleaning solution
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the Kobold carpet cleaner and empty the solution tank.
- Check solution mix: Ensure you are using the recommended Kobold cleaning solution at the correct dilution. Overly thick or non-approved detergents can block the system.
- Clean spray nozzles: Remove the floor head and access the spray jets. Soak them in warm descaling solution (e.g., citric-based) for 20–30 minutes, then flush with clean water. Use a soft brush or toothpick to gently clear any deposits (do not enlarge the nozzle orifice).
- Inspect solution hose: Follow the hose from the tank to the nozzle. Straighten any kinks and ensure it is not pinched by the housing.
- Internal filter: If accessible, remove the inline solution filter and rinse thoroughly. Replace if the mesh is damaged or heavily scaled.
After reassembly, refill with clean water and test spray. If the pump still struggles and E07 returns, the pump may be damaged and require replacement.
