Unit vibrates excessively or feels unstable when moving over carpet

Safety: Unplug the Kobold carpet cleaner before working on the floorhead.

• Inspect brush roller: Remove the roller and check for warping or missing sections of bristles. Replace if damaged.
• Clean roller: Remove any heavy buildup of hair or fibers from one side that could cause imbalance.
• Check mounting: Tighten all screws securing the floorhead to the main body or wand.
• Test on hard floor: Briefly test the unit on a hard surface. If vibration persists, replace the brush roller assembly.
