Detergent not mixing correctly, poor cleaning performance despite water flow

Safety: Unplug and remove tanks before working on detergent system.

• Verify detergent type: Use only Miele-approved carpet detergent at the recommended dilution.
• Clean siphon tube: Remove and rinse the detergent pickup tube and any small filters or check valves.
• Inspect dosing valve: If equipped, check the detergent dosing valve for blockages and clean gently.
• Bleed air: Run the unit with water and detergent to purge air from the detergent line until a consistent mix is observed.
