Possible Causes
Faulty spray trigger microswitch, Broken trigger lever, Damaged trigger wiring in hose/handle, Corroded switch contacts
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the unit before opening the handle.
- Inspect trigger movement: Check that the trigger moves freely and returns under spring tension. If loose or broken, the handle assembly may need replacement.
- Open handle housing: If serviceable, remove screws and open the handle to access the trigger microswitch.
- Check switch actuation: Press the switch directly and listen for a distinct click. If no click or intermittent, replace the microswitch.
- Inspect wiring: Look for broken or pinched wires inside the handle and along the hose. Repair or replace the harness if damaged.
- Reassemble and test: After reassembly, test spray function. If the error remains, the main PCB input circuit may be faulty.
