Possible Causes

Blocked suction hose, Clogged intake at floorhead, Full dirty water tank filter, Obstructed internal ducting

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Unplug before clearing blockages.

  • Check hose: Detach the suction hose and look through it. Use a flexible rod or broom handle to gently push out any clogs.
  • Inspect floorhead: Remove the floor nozzle and clear hair, threads, or debris from the intake opening.
  • Clean tank filter: In the dirty water tank, remove and rinse any mesh or foam filters that protect the motor from debris.
  • Check internal ducts: Open access panels and inspect the air path from tank to motor. Vacuum out dust and debris.
  • Test suction: Reassemble and test. If the error recurs with clear airways, the motor current sensor or PCB may be misreading and require service.
