No water spraying onto carpet, but suction works normally

Safety: Unplug before removing tanks or nozzles.

• Check tank level and seating: Fill the clean water/solution tank to the marked line and ensure it clicks firmly into place.
• Clean spray nozzles: Remove the spray bar or individual nozzles. Soak in warm water and gently clear any blockages with a soft brush.
• Prime the pump: Refit the tank, plug in, and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds while tilting the machine slightly back to remove air from the line.
• Check pump operation: If there is still no spray and you cannot feel the solution pump vibrating when the trigger is pressed, the pump may need replacement.
