Trigger feels loose or does not spring back, spray and suction do not start

Safety: Unplug before opening the handle.

• Open handle housing: Remove screws and separate the handle halves to expose the trigger mechanism.
• Inspect trigger parts: Check the trigger lever, pivot, and return spring. Replace any broken plastic parts or springs.
• Check linkage: Ensure the trigger properly actuates the microswitch. Adjust or replace the actuator if worn.
• Reassemble carefully: Ensure no wires are pinched when closing the handle.
