How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug immediately if you see water leaking; avoid contact with electrical parts.
- Inspect tanks: Remove and visually inspect the clean water tank and dirty water tank for cracks or damaged seals.
- Check external hoses: Look for drips at hose joints and the base of the machine while filled (but unplugged).
- Open base (if competent): Remove the base cover to inspect internal solution hoses and clamps. Tighten any loose clamps and replace perished hoses.
- Examine pump seals: Check around the solution pump outlet for signs of leakage. Replace O-rings or the pump if necessary.
