Weak or no suction from floor head, carpet remains very wet

Safety: Unplug before disassembly.

• Empty and reseat dirty water tank: Ensure the recovery tank is empty and the lid is properly sealed. Check the gasket for damage.
• Check for blockages: Detach the suction hose and inspect for clogs. Clear with a flexible brush.
• Clean filters: Remove the pre-motor filter and any foam filters. Wash and dry thoroughly or replace if worn.
• Inspect for leaks: Look for cracks in the hose, wand, or floor head. Replace any damaged sections to restore full suction.
