Machine vibrates excessively or feels unstable during operation

Safety first: Unplug the machine before checking moving parts.

• Inspect brush cylinder: Remove the brush and clean off any wrapped debris or heavy buildup that could unbalance it.
• Check for wear: If the brush is worn unevenly or bent, replace the Nilfisk brush cylinder.
• Verify deck mounting: Tighten all bolts and fasteners securing the brush deck to the chassis.
• Inspect wheels and castors: Replace flat‑spotted or broken wheels that can cause vibration.
