No Solution Spray
No water or solution sprays from the floor wand or hand tool

Possible Causes
Empty solution tank, Blocked spray jets, Clogged solution filter, Kinked solution hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and relieve pressure by squeezing the trigger with the machine off before disconnecting hoses.
- Verify solution level: Fill the clean solution tank with the correct water/chemical mix.
- Clean spray jets: Remove the spray nozzles from the floor wand or hand tool. Soak them in warm water or a descaling solution to remove mineral deposits, then gently clean with a soft brush (never use metal pins).
- Check solution filter: Locate and clean the inline solution filter or strainer at the tank outlet or pump inlet.
- Inspect hoses: Follow the solution hose from the tank to the wand. Straighten any kinks and replace hoses that are collapsed or cracked.
- Test pump operation: After reassembly, run the machine and trigger the solution. If the pump is silent, further diagnosis of the solution pump and wiring is required.
