Solution tank difficult to remove or install, or does not sit flush

Safety first: Empty the tank before attempting removal.

• Clean seating area: Remove debris or dried chemical from the tank supports and guides.
• Inspect latches: Replace broken Nilfisk tank latches or clips.
• Check tank for warping: If the tank is distorted and will not seat properly, replace the solution tank.
• Verify frame alignment: Inspect the chassis brackets for bending due to impact and straighten or replace as needed.
