• Remove base plate: Take off the bottom cover or brush guard to expose the brush and belt.
• Inspect belt: Check if the belt is broken, frayed, or loose on the pulleys. Replace if any damage is found.
• Clear debris: Remove hair, string, and debris from the brush ends and belt path.
• Check brush bearings: Ensure the brush spins freely on its bearings. Replace the brush if seized.
• Refit belt correctly: Install the new belt over the motor pulley and brush pulley, ensuring correct alignment and tension.
