Pump is very noisy or rattling during operation, with pulsing spray at the tool.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the machine before inspecting the tank and pump connections.

• Top up solution: Fill the solution tank to at least half capacity and ensure the lid is properly fitted.
• Check pickup filter: Remove and clean the filter or strainer at the tank outlet. Rinse until water flows freely.
• Inspect inlet hose: Check the hose from the tank to the pump for cracks or loose clamps. Tighten or replace as needed.
• Bleed air: After reassembly, run the pump with the trigger open until the spray becomes steady and the noise reduces.
