How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the dirty water tank.
- Inspect tank inlet: Check the inlet port on the tank for cracks or missing seals. Replace the tank if damaged.
- Check recovery hose: Follow the hose from the floorhead to the tank inlet. Ensure it is firmly connected at both ends and not blocked.
- Clean suction inlet: Remove debris from the suction channel at the front of the floorhead.
- Reseat tank: Reinstall the tank, ensuring it is fully engaged and latched so the inlet aligns with the hose outlet.
