Dirty water tank does not fill even though carpets are visibly wet.

Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the dirty water tank.

• Inspect tank inlet: Check the inlet port on the tank for cracks or missing seals. Replace the tank if damaged.
• Check recovery hose: Follow the hose from the floorhead to the tank inlet. Ensure it is firmly connected at both ends and not blocked.
• Clean suction inlet: Remove debris from the suction channel at the front of the floorhead.
• Reseat tank: Reinstall the tank, ensuring it is fully engaged and latched so the inlet aligns with the hose outlet.
